Our Single-sided Terry for covers with 150 g/m² material density
Properties:

Our 150 g terry fabric offers a more affordable alternative to our knitted products. Popular areas of application for this material include the manufacture of treatment quilts, sheet and mattress covers, seat covers, and pillowcases.
Due to its flexibility, it is particularly easy to apply. Furthermore, it is also suitable for the production of flexible headbands that can be used during cosmetic treatments. Framed material; the finished product may shrink by a maximum of 5% after the first wash, and further dimensional changes are unusual as long as the washing instructions are followed. For the first 2-3 washes, it is recommended to use a color-fast cloth or another color-protecting component. Due to its absorbency, it is suitable for use in hotels, beauty salons, and studios.

Premium fabrics for covers
270 g/m², single-sided terry in 16 colors
SUPER quality of medixwell cover fabrics: Single-sided fluffy premium terry with 270 g/m², 80% cotton, 20% polyester.
The surface is 100% sweat-absorbent cotton. The extra-long-fiber cotton yarn is spun lightly using “fluff technology,” without excessive tension or twist. This gives the finished cotton yarn enormous strength while remaining “fluffy,” making it super soft and capable of intensive water and sweat absorption.
The special loop pattern supports this and also ensures high durability and a super-soft feel. Shape-retaining and color-fast even after many washes; our premium fabrics are not simply dyed in a dip bath, but rather the color pigments are pressed into the fibers through a special high-pressure dyeing process with very high pressure and temperatures up to 140°C. Therefore, it is washable up to 90°C and suitable for tumble drying.

Double-sided 5* hotel quality terry with 500 g/m², 100% cotton, woven with “Double Twist” technology, making it extra fluffy and extremely absorbent. No borders, thus shape-retaining – no “bone” distortion. Due to the special high-pressure dyeing process, it remains color-stable over many washes, even with daily boil washes. Suitable for tumble drying. Available in many different sizes, specifically tailored for beauty, wellness, and hotel needs, making it very convenient for use in the practice or studio.
Practical in use and super economical for daily laundry, as no unnecessary bulk has to go into the machine. Example: standard “wellness towels” have the dimensions: 150 cm × 100 cm = 1.5 m², which are too short as a cover for medical chairs and too bulky for drying. Our medixwell “wellness towel” has the dimensions 180 cm × 70 cm = 1.26 m², thus saving 16% in volume and weight during washing and fitting well on common medical chairs; it protects your sauna benches, for example, and is super practical for client use when drying or wrapping up afterwards. Medixwell towels are available in all medixwell terry colors. This allows you to optimally combine covers and towels. All measurements with 10% tolerance.

Resistant cotton terry 150 g/m² on the upper side, flexible polyurethane on the lower side. This makes it water- and oil-resistant, protecting your upholstery during treatments involving water or oily liquids. Also suitable as an incontinence cover. Washable up to 60°C.

Our fabrics for Medical Clothing with 190 g/m² material density
Properties:
- Composition: 65% polyester, 35% cotton
- Material density: 190 g/m²
- Washable up to: max. 60–70 °C
- Products: Medical clothing
Our medical clothing fabrics, which make up the material of our tunics, are manufactured using a special weaving technique; the threads are interwoven in a 2/1 twill weave. The proportion of polyester fibers on the surface of the material is higher, which is why liquids splashed during work leave fewer stains and offer better protection.
The proportion of cotton fibers on the underside of the material is higher, ensuring a more pleasant working feel. For the first 2-3 washes, it is recommended to use a color-fast cloth or another color-protecting component. When ironing with an iron that is too hot, the material can melt; therefore, special care must be taken when ironing the finished product made from this material.
Our PP Spunbond Non-woven fabric with 14–17 g/m² material density
Properties:
- Composition: 100% polypropylene
- Material density: 14–17 g/m²
- Washable up to: max. 60 °C
